Cosmos Global Ventures was started by Atul Kumar Agarwal who has more than two decades of work experience in areas of finance, accounting & business operations in organizations such as Tata Steel, PT Texmaco Group (Indonesia), Genpact, AB-InBev India.

Atul has worked in the areas of business and corporate finance that included business planning, capital structuring, budgeting, creation of business support system (ERP implementation), corporate funding, working capital management, M&A, financial process outsourcing. Besides these, I have had hands-on experience in financial and cost accounting, audit closures, operational financial metrics, commercial operations. Amongst other activities, He has been responsible for HR, logistics, account management and commercial activities. Has chaired performance committees and advised boards on matters of corporate performance and governance. Besides being a permanent invitee on boards of various organizations,

Atul has also worked as CFO and member of board of Ab-InBev (India Operations) group entity. He is a qualified Management Accountant (Member of the ICAI) and is also a Certified Management Accountant (Member of Institute of Management Accountants - USA). Has done an intense Senior Management program (SMP) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and am an alumni of the Institute. Besides, he is a Commerce graduate from Calcutta University.

Atul's experience ranges from Manufacturing (Engineering, Automotive, Metals, Cement. Palm Oil, AlcoBeverages to business segments like IT, ITES, Retail.

Mr Aditya K

Aditya is an astute financial professional (an MBA & CS by qualification) and has worked with Corporates earlier in his career with a focus on arranging finance for corporates. The range of financing has been done for working capital, structured financing and has held important positions in treasury management. Aditya has managed M&A, restructuring of Debt and pre-Liquidation and Bankruptcy restructuring and revival.

He specializes in arranging funds from Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, Foreign Banks, NBFCs, Financials Institutions, AIFs, and Private Funds and can provide services towards preparation of Project Report, Financial Model, Information Memorandum and Pitch Deck etc. He also specializes in crystalizing the financing for various products like Working Capital, Term Loans, Structured Finance, Lease Rental Discounting, Business Loans, Loan Against Property, Pre-IPO fund raising, Acquisition Financing from IBC or any other mode, Financing for Start-Ups, Mezzanine Debt or any other financings as any business may require from banks / FIs, Venture Capital / Private Equity.
